Income

There are NO income guidelines for any AZYP programs.
You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. 
No matter what your income, AZYP will gladly
welcome you into their programs.

LAHMB Program

Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB)
Healthy Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes

  • Location: Globe

  • Cost: Free

  • Income: No income guidelines. See above.

  • Deadline to Enroll:  
    Mothers (fathers, or caregivers) must enroll in LAHMB program
    while the mother is pregnant 

    OR before the baby turns months old

  • Until age :
    After the child is enrolled, AZYP can work with the family
    until the child turns years old.

LAHMB is a program for pregnant people (moms, dads, caregivers) who would like additional support during and after pregnancy. We offer:

  • Healthy pregnancy classes

  • Child birthing classes

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Peer support group

  • Caring case management

  • Resource and referral services

    All ages of moms, dads, caregivers

  • Other children:
    It does not matter how many children you have

  • Depression: If you are struggling with depression while pregnant, we are here to help

  • Addiction: If you are struggling with substance use, we are here to help

Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB)
We offer a welcoming, relaxed, judgment-free space for pregnant and parenting women to connect, talk through concerns, and ask questions - in a supportive environment. When you attend, we provide snacks and 20 diapers.

The peer support groups are facilitated by Charlene.
One group meets in the morning, one group meets at night.
