Low-cost Vegetable and Fruit Boxes

Community Action Market and Produce (CAMP) has partnered with Gila County.  Once a month, CAMP distributes boxes of fresh produce.  CAMP is a disability friendly service.  Volunteers will help carry boxes to your vehicle. 

Cost:  Requested donation of $15  
Weight: Each box has at least 30 pounds of fresh vegetables and fruits
Varieties: Each box has between 6 and 13 different types of vegetables and fruits.

Who:  Anyone can buy a box of produce.  CAMP will NOT ask you your age, where you live, or how much money you make. They will not ask if you have AHCCCS, SNAP, or WIC benefits.  All are welcome to participate. 

Date:  First Saturday  Sat April 4, Sat May 2, Sat June 6
Note:  CAMP may not have food boxes in July, Aug, Sept, or Oct.  
Time:  9:30 am to 10:30 am

We invite you to stop by Tractor Supply to better understand the program and the process.  The first time you visit, you can buy a box of food, or you can just look around and get an idea of how the program is run.  All are welcome !
