AHCCCS

If you have ahcccs insurance, look at your insurance card, call your insurance company, and ask what services they cover (e.g. x-rays, cleaning, fillings, etc). Then ask for a list of dentists which accept ahcccs insurance.

Note from Lisa: Last time I checked, for ages under 21 years, ahcccs pays for dental screenings and dental treatment.
Last time I checked, for ages 21 years and older, ahcccs does not pay for x-rays, cleanings, or fillings. Ahcccs pays for ‘emergency dental’ - which means you have to wait until your tooth is severely infected (i.e. rotten), and then ahcccs pays to have the tooth pulled. Source: click here‍ ‍
