Public Fiduciary Program is to protect the dignity of incapacitated adults and their assets by providing case management services so that the person can live safely and as independently as possible.
Provide court-appointed guardians and/or conservatorships of last resort for incapacitated adults as mandated by Arizona Revised Statutes. Open probates with the Court on decedent estates when there is no one else willing or able to act as mandated by the Statutes.
