  • Minor repairs to gas lines or plumbing

  • Minor repairs to electrical systems

    If you need a little more time to pay your energy bill, a payment arrangement gives you more flexibility to pay your past-due amount.

LIHEAP

The Low Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program.  LIHEAP is operated by the Arizona Dept of Economic Security (DES).  LIHEAP helps qualified (low income) households pay their heating and cooling bills. 

Household may receive:

  • Up to $640 per year as a standard LIHEAP benefit

  • Up to $500 for those experiencing an energy crisis. 

LIHEAP can help your household with:

  • Catching up on current and past-due energy bills

  • Paying utility deposits

  • Implementing energy efficient measure to reduce future energy costs
