Lisa called SCAT, spoke with someone at the hospital. The hospital has an emergency dept. The emergency dept is NOT allowed to turn anyone away. The emergency dept must see/ treat anyone who asks for help.

For all other services at SCAT hospital (such as PT, OT, ST,
PCPs, etc) a person MUST BE a member of either San Carlos Apache Tribe, or must be a member of another native American tribe in the U.S.
