and you’re thinking that you have no options, consider this:

There might be an OT or ST
that lives in the valley (Phx area) and drives to Globe-Miami
to see patients at one of the facilities/ agencies/ schools
listed on this page.

After the OT or ST finishes work at her/his ‘regular’ job,
the OT or ST might (emphasis on MIGHT)
be able to meet you at your home
and provide therapy to you at your home
before the OT or ST drives back to the valley.

You will pay out-of-pocket (cash, check, visa).
If you don’t have other options,
you can call the facilities/ agencies/ schools
and ask to speak with the OT or ST directly.
It doesn’t hurt to ask.
