Diaper Bank. Car seat program.
Income: NO income guidelines. You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. They will still accept you into the program.
Healthy Families Program. In-home visitation.
Must enroll before baby turns 9 months old. Mother may have older children in the home.
Provides: support system for parents. Make sure child is moving in the right direction. Make sure children hit their growth milestones on time. Connect parents with community resources.
