Where Great Things Start Small

The saying “It takes a village to raise a child” has never been more relevant. At Child & Family Resources, we strive to be that village. Serving Arizona families, we provide education, prevention, and childcare support, helping parents navigate challenges while empowering children and youth to grow and thrive. source‍ ‍

Income

There are NO income guidelines. 
You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. 
No matter what your income, C&FR will gladly welcome you into the program.

Deadline to Enroll          

Mother (or caregiver) must enroll in Child & Family Resources

  • while mother is pregnant  OR

  • before the baby turns 3 months old

After the child is enrolled, C&FR can work with the family
until the child turns 5 years old.

Car Seats

Free car seats!

You must be enrolled with C&FR and actively participating
in one of their programs. Call for more information. ‍

Arizona Child Care
Resource and Referral

Finding quality child care is an important decision for any family.

Child Care Resource and Referral is a free statewide program that can help you locate childcare and other services that meet your family's individual needs.

Note: Child and Family Resources (CF&R) is the name of the agency.
CF&R has a department called Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R).
CF&R receives funds ($) from DES to pay for the CCR&R program.
