Easterseals

Easterseals Blake Foundation (EBF)
has a program called
Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH)

• Location:
  With the MECSH program, a nurse visits your home
  and supports you and your family as your baby grows and develops. 

• Cost: Free

• Income:
  There are NO income guidelines. 
  You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. 
  No matter what your income,
  EBF will gladly welcome you into their program.

• Deadline to Enroll

  Mothers/ caregivers can enroll in the program as early as 8 weeks pregnant
  “We like mothers to enroll while they are pregnant.”

  Mothers/ caregivers must enroll in the program
  within 2 months from the day the baby comes home from the hospital.

• Until age 3:
  isits can continue until your child turns 3 y.o.

Child & Family Resources

The name of this agency is Child & Family Resources (C&FR).

• Location:
  This agency has employees who live and work in the Globe-Miami area.

• Cost: Free

• Income:
  There are NO income guidelines. 
  You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. 
  No matter what your income,
  C&FR will gladly welcome you into their program.

• Deadline to Enroll:  
  Mother (or caregiver) must enroll in C&FR
  while mother is pregnant  OR
  before the baby turns 3 months old

• Until age 5:
  After the child is enrolled, C&FR can work with the family
  until the child turns 5 years old.

AZYP

Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) has a program called
Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB)

• Location:
  AZYP has an office in Globe, on Broad Street

• Cost: Free

• Income:
  There are NO income guidelines. 
  You can earn $1,000 per year or $100,000 per year. 
  No matter what your income,
  AZYP will gladly welcome you into their program.

• Deadline to Enroll:  
  Mother (or caregiver) must enroll in LAHMB
  while mother is pregnant  OR
  before the baby turns __ months old

• Until age :
  After the child is enrolled, AZYP can work with the family
  until the child turns years old.

Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB)
is a program for pregnant people who would like additional support during and after pregnancy. We offer:

• Healthy pregnancy classes

• Child birthing classes

• Breastfeeding support

• Peer support group

• Caring case management

• Resource and referral services ‍

LAHMB Peer Support Group

Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB)
We offer a welcoming, relaxed, judgment-free space for pregnant and parenting women to connect, talk through concerns, and ask questions - in a supportive environment.
When you attend, we provide snacks and 20 diapers.
