Easterseals

Easterseals Blake Foundation (EBF)
has a program called
Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH)

With the MECSH program, a nurse visits your home
and supports you and your family as your baby grows and develops. 

Deadline to Enroll

  • Mothers/ caregivers can enroll in the program as early as 8 weeks pregnant
    “We like mothers to enroll while they are pregnant.”

  • Mothers/ caregivers must enroll in the program
    within 2 months from the day the baby comes home from the hospital.

  • Visits can continue until your child turns 3 y.o.
